Due to demand from our new clients, we are launching a very exciting SERVICE STATION MANAGER role upskilling programme. We are proud to offer TWO class groups, through once a week learning (Wednesdays or Thursdays) to enable operational continuity at the service station or other work deliverables. Both training cohorts will be held at our Johannesburg offices in Blairgowrie (5 min outside Sandton / Gautrain).
Focusing on blended learning from classroom, on-site and self study – this course will accelerate your learning through small group best practice sharing. Specifically, the Course Content incorporates:
- Overview and applying SHEQ / Safety at Site;
- General Operations Management;
- Forecourt Management;
- Convenience Store Management;
- Understanding Fuel Industry Regulation;
- Staff Management; and
- Controls and Compliance.
